Answer Man
The Answer Man is an urban legend about a game that is played by kids in Japan. They say the game can invoke an evil spirit that will answer any question given to it.
You need:
Ten people who each own a cell phone
Step 1: Gather ten people in a loose circle. Each person must have the cell phone number of the person to their left.

Step 2: On the count of three, each person presses the call button to contact the person on their left

Step 3: Everyone puts their phone to their ear and listens
Because everyone is calling each other at the same time, all of the phones should be busy and nobody should receive an answer.

However, one person will find that their call is mysteriously answered and they will hear a voice on the other end of the line.

This is the Answer Man.

When you are on the phone with the Answer Man, you can ask him anything. He will answer whatever questions you choose to ask him. However, after he gives you your answer, he will have a question for you. They say that if you answer his questions incorrectly or are unable to give an answer, a large gnarled hand will appear from the phone and tear off a piece of your body.

OH MY GOD

I never realized how obviously in love they were when I was a kid.

Look at you Cartoon Network, subconsciously teaching children about equality…

Courage the Cowardly Dog was nothing but subconscious lessons of racism, love, materialism, skepticism, loss, confidence, forgiveness, imperfections etc, the list goes on. Time and time again courage lives up to his name dealing with life threatening situations to protect the naive Muriel & greedy Eustace. Despite Eustace being a constant jerk to him, Courage still makes the effort to save him, even if Eustace is the cause of his own undoing at the end of most episodes.

I lack a better way of saying this but, it’s probably the deepest childrens show to ever exist. If people think Adventure Time was the first cartoon do anything like this, it’s obvious they’ve never watched Courage. Courage is just a lot more Subtle, and it’s dark & somewhat scary exterior can turn kids away. This’ll sound cheesy and over-analyzing but, that’s the beauty of it, it’s scary and you learn things from having the courage to watch it.

Courage is just one of my all time favorite cartoons. I loved it more than any other shows in the Cartoon Cartoon lineup of classic Cartoon Network.

I forgot about this, but back during Christmas Break, I put Star Trek in front of my cat to see what he would do. To my surprise, he actually did watch it. However, he only seemed mildly entertained - that is, until Scotty started talking. Then my cat actually paused the episode and stared at him. He just stared at Scotty and wouldn’t let me press play for, like, four or five minutes. After that, he watched for a while, but gradually lost interest and started dozing, only looking up when he heard Scotty’s voice.

Can someone please explain to me why my cat loves Scotty so much? Was James Doohan secretly some sort of magical cat whisperer? What is this?

‘I met a madman today. I killed for him, and now we’re moving in together. My leg stopped hurting and for the first time since coming back, my friend willingly went back to his ball. I feel alive again.’

… shit… Ben still looks like a potato. =_= 3 pointless arts ! 3 lame backgrounds! …I really don’t know where I was going with those.

I just had this image in my head - romantic ending of episode one, just with pokemons in the background… as I said - pointless.

Next one will be of John’s pokemon(-s? - maybe I’m still deciding) who wasn’t yet introduced. ^^
